This was an excellent find, the hotel was clean and comfortable , breakfast was lovely and it’s a five min walk to the Arc De Triomphe . The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming the make (Moroccan) receptionist was first class and always happy to help with information. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Unfortunately I can’t give this hotel a five star review thanks to the arrogant receptionist I found on arrival on 9th April. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm and I kindly asked to check-in and the receptionist rudely asked whether I had read that on the website it was stated that check-in was at 2 pm? To which I replied that I was merely hoping the room would be ready. So we left the luggage at the hotel and went to have lunch. We returned to the hotel at 2:45pm only to discover that our room was still not ready and that I was supposed to wait a further 20 minutes. To which I angrily replied that on the website it clearly stated that check-in was available at 2pm. The arrogant receptionist didn’t even apologise or make up for the inconvenience caused in any way at all. Appalling!!!!! At which point we had no other option but to go sightseeing and return to check in when we were done. We returned to the hotel at about 8pm and finally checked in. The same arrogant receptionist gave me my keycard and without any form of pleasantry said “fourth floor”; no mention of a room number or anything. I definitely think this receptionist is in the wrong job or maybe he should take lessons in how to be kind, pleasant and welcoming! This receptionist was working on both Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th April. Apart from this very unpleasant encounter, all of the other receptionists, including the night receptionist, were very welcoming and friendly. The location is excellent, literally halfway between Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. It is very close to the Metro stations which are all within the walking distance. The room was small but perfect for our three night stay. I’m only very disappointed in the arrogance and unwelcoming receptionist that I was faced with upon arrival which in a way ruined the start of my birthday weekend in Paris.

I stayed here for a few nights on a work trip. The location was amazing and the front desk ataff was very friendly and accommodating. He ensured my stay was comfortable and relaxing, and all my requests were met. Clean and comfortable rooms, reasonable space for a boutique hotel. Would return again.

When we arrived my reservation wasn’t found and the receptionist defiantly threw my passport so it fell to the ground. When the room reservation was found in the database it happened that the room wasn’t ready, so we were proposed welcoming drinks while waiting. Moreover the receptionist tried to scan both sides of my credit card (which is actually not allowed) to pay for these beverages. There weren’t batteries in a tv remote and there wasn’t remote control to the conditioner. No slippers. My friend had a room next to me with a broken television. There’s no hot food (apart from boiled eggs and coffee) for breakfast, only biscuits, jam and croissants, fruits are rotten. The only positive side of the hotel is the cook. She is friendly and friendly.
